 | | ABOUT ME |  | As a real estate professional with over 8 years experience in real estate I acquired the experience and skill-set which has contributed to my continued success. I’ve spent more than 20 years in Sales including several years working with Internet and Application Service Providers. This experience allows me to fully understand Internet-driven technology and how to successfully use online web-based tools and social media networks in order to reach more buyers. The result is to maximizing traffic to my sellers’ properties both online and in person.
I spent 8 years honing my skills in Product Marketing with corporate giant AT&T. This too is an essential part of the service I offer. Although Sales & Marketing are often referred to in the same sentence, they are two distinct skill-sets and provide different services that complement each other to ensure positive results. To successfully sell to a market segment, you first have to know how to market to it.
I also spent many years working on international markets in Asia, Europe, Australia and in the US. This has allowed me to fine-tune my negotiating skills and learn how to effectively negotiate within diverse cultural markets. This translates into a better understanding of clients in a multi-cultural city like Toronto where different cultures co-exist. Part of an effective marketing campaign is to communicate to a targeted audience within the broadest segment of the public. To convey a message that appeals to the same type of buyer within different social and economical communities should come naturally.
In 2010, I further developed my skills as a REALTOR® by successfully obtaining my designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council ("REBAC") of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) to those REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. The ABR® accreditation process provided me with valuable real estate education that elevates my skills and knowledge of home buyers. And the ongoing specialized information, programs and updates help me stay on top of the issues and trends important to home buyers. This is instrumental in helping me understand buyers’ needs and translates into successful transactions for my clients.
I leverage off all these skills every day. They are essential in representing my clients’ best interests and netting the results they are looking for. Whether it’s to sell a home so my clients can move on to the next stage in their lives, or whether it’s to help them buy the new home they always dreamed of.
